Newly crowned Premier League champions Manchester City welcome Swansea to their title celebrations party at the Etihad this weekend.
Manchester City won 4-0 in South Wales earlier this season, with Kevin De Bruyne, Sergio Aguero and David Silva (twice) on target for Pep Guardiola's side.
Swansea's last win over CIty came back in 2012, with Luke Moore scoring in a 1-0 home victory.
City will give Sergio Aguero up until kick off to prove his match fitness, as the Argentina striker has been struggling with a groin problem this week.
Defensive pair Bernard Mendy and John Stones are sidelined with long term injury problems.
Swansea are hopeful that midfielders Luciano Narsingh and Sam Clucas will be fit after minor injuries, but Leroy Fer, Wilfried Bony and Renato Sanches are unlikely to play again this season.

City sealed their title win last weekend, after rivals Manchester United lost at home to West Brom, and they are set to be presented with the trophy this weekend.
Guardiola's side reacted to being knocked out of the Champions League with a convincing 3-1 win away at Tottenham last weekend, and they should have little issue with securing all three points against a Swansea side with little left to play for, with a home win at 1/7.
Carlos Carvalhal has essentially assured Swansea's survival since his arrival earlier this season, and the Welsh club look safe, as despite being in 17th place, they are five points above the drop zone.
However they have really struggled for goals in recent weeks, scoring just twice in their last five games, and they will City tough to get through this weekend.

Brazilian international Jesus has had his injury problems this season, as well as frequently having to play second fiddle to Aguero in attack. However he has still netted 10 Premier League goals this season, including three goals in his last five appearances for City and he will lead the line this weekend.
