Strikers Romelu Lukaku, Zlatan Ibrahimovic are out of action, alongside Antonio Valencia, Marouane Fellaini, Eric Bailly and Michael Carrick.
However defensive pair Matteo Darmian and Chris Smalling should be fit to play.

Manchester United v Derby County Preview and Predictions
United are strong favourites for this game, but Mourinho's side have won just once in their last our games in all competitions - including defeat to Bristol City in the EFL Cup.
Derby are in strong for in the Championship, with just one defeat in their last 11 domestic games ahead of the tough task of taking on United in the FA Cup.
United's experience and high level pedigree should be enough for a win here - priced at 2/9, but it will not come easy for the Red Devils.
Derby have proved to be an effective defensive unit, conceding just four goals during that 11 game run, meaning that United may have to settle for a narrow win.
With that in mind, an under 2.5 goals bet is priced at 11/10.
United to win 1-0 at 4/1
Mourinho is likely to be satisfied with a win, whatever the score, to give his side an opportunity to defend their FA Cup title in 2018. Derby will be a tough opponent, but United should just edge this clash.

With Lukaku and ibrahimovic stillruled out, French international Martial is likely to lead the line again for United. He scored in their last outing, against Everton, and the striker now has nine goals in all competitions so far this season.
