BET365 Stadium - Premier League
Relegation threatened Stoke City host Crystal Palace this weekend, looking to boost their chances of Premier League survival for 2018-19.
Palace beat Stoke 2-1 at Selhurst Park earlier this season, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Mamadou Sakho scoring for the hosts, and Xherdan Shaqiri on target for The Potters.
Stoke beat The Eagles 1-0 at home in 2016-17, with Joe Allen netting the winner.
Crystal Palace could be able to name striker Connor Wickham in their match day squad for the first time this season, following the former Sunderland man's return to training from a long standing groin problem.
However Bakary Sako, Scott Dann and Jason Puncheon are all out of action until next season.
Stoke have Glen Johnson back in contention, following a groin strain, he was on the bench against former team Liverpool last weekend, and should start in this tie.
Fellow defenders Kostas Stafylidis and Bruno Martins Indi are both out, but Eric Choupo-Moting could be fit for a spot on the bench.
Stoke City v Crystal Palace Preview and Predictions
Stoke need at least four points from their last two games if they are to avoid the drop into the Championship, and they must get a positive result in this game if they are to have any hope of survival.
However Paul Lambert's side are without a win in their last 12 games, and the odds are stacked against them. They picked up a battling 0-0 draw against Liverpool last weekend, however Palace hammered Leicester City 5-0 a few hours later.
Roy Hodgson's side are safe for another season, and that may play into Stoke's favour, also they have only won one of their last eight games away from London.
Lambert will have his players fired up for one last effort, and they have drawn their last three games, they might sneak a point here - priced at 9/4.
With a goal return of just three in their last five games for Stoke, this game is unlikely to be a goal fest, with an under 2.5 total goals bet available at 17/20.
A 1-1 draw at 11/2
Stoke are desperate for points to avoid slipping out of the top flight, and with Palace already safe, they will have a boost in their chances. However their own dreadful form is the greater concern, as Lambert will need his players to tear up the recent form book to pull off a great escape.
Xherdan Shaqiri to score first at 13/2
The Swiss international has been the difference for Stoke so many times during his career, and they will need him again in the next fortnight if they are to stay up. He is their top scorer this season with seven Premier League goals from midfield, and he has three goals in his last 11 games.
