High flying Tottenham welcome rivals West Ham to Wembley as both clubs begin the 2018 leg of their Premier League seasons.

Past Meetings

Tottenham have already beaten West Ham this season, via a 3-2 win a the London Stadium, but The Hammers exacted their revenge with a 3-2 win in the EFL Cup at Wembley Stadium.

Prior to that the previous meetings have produced mixed results, with both sides winning two out of the last four meetings with each other.

Team News

West Ham captain Mark Noble has returned to action to boost them ahead of their visit to their major rivals, however a number of other first team regulars are still missing.

Michail Antonio, Edmilson Fernandes, Sam Byram and Jose Fonte are all absent for David Moyes' side through injury.

Tottenham should be boosted by the return of two first team players ahead of the visit of West Ham, with key man Harry Kane and midfielder Moussa Dembele set to shake off an illness and a hip injury respectively to be fit in time.

Defender Toby Alderweireld and midfielder Victor Wanyama are both long term absentees for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

Tottenham v West Ham Preview and Predictions

West Ham's inconsistencies have continued in recent weeks, and they are without a win in their last three games in all competitions. On top of that, they have only won three games at home all season in the Premier League, against Huddersfield, Swansea and Chelsea.

Tottenham's only recent loss was away at all conquering Manchester City. with Pochettino's side winning four of their last five Premier League games, with an aggregate score of 15-3.

Despite this being a hotly contested derby, Tottenham should have enough to defeat their city rivals - with a home win priced at 1/3.

Spurs' free scoring form, and the high scoring record that this fixture, should mean that goals will be on the cards at Wembley Stadium - with an over 2.5 goals bet priced at 4/7.

Spurs will want to keep their strong momentum going in this game, and despite the passion of a derby occasion, the quality of their attacking players should be enough to secure all three points.

Harry Kane to score first at 2/1

Kane is set to be fit for this game, and with 18 Premier League goals already this season, he looks ready to keep his run going against The Hammers. He also scored twice in the 3-2 win earlier this season for Tottenham.
