Daniel Sturridge, Nacer Chadli, James Morrison and Jake Livermore are already ruled out until March through injury.

Forward Charlie Austin is not expected to be back in action until March due to a hamstring problem.
West Brom v Southampton Preview and Predictions
West Brom are struggling at the minute, losing their last three matches ahead of this weekend, meaning the Baggies are bottom of the Premier League table. However they have fared far better in the FA Cup this season, winning away Exeter and Liverpool, but they will need to improve if they are to reach the FA Cup quarter final for the first time since 2015.
Southampton are in a stronger run of form as they prepare for this clash, with the Saints losing just once in their last seven games in all competitions.
Manuel Pellegrino's team have defeated Fulham and Watford in the FA Cup so far in 2017-18, and they are bidding to reach the FA Cup quarter final for the first time since 2005.
With Southampton in the better, and with West Brom placing more importance on remaining in the Premier League, the visitors may just be able to pinch a win - which is priced at 8/5.
Southampton have netted six goals in their last five games, with West Brom also scoring six goals in the same run of games, a high scoring game is expected on Saturday.
With the pressure of Premier League removed for the weekend, both sides may look to attack more, and an over 2.5 goals bet is priced at 6/5.
Southampton to win 2-1 at 9/1
The Saints have worked hard to reduce their worries of Premier League relegation with a positive set of results in recent weeks, and they look in a far better position in terms of confidence, and that should be enough to secure a win.
Sofiane Boufal to score first at 17/2
Midfielder Boufal has been a key figure for Southampton this season, including the winner against West Brom at St. Mary's earlier this season. He is likely to start on Saturday after a positive performance against Liverpool last weekend.
